Carl Sievewright CMIOSH MIFSM CMaPS

Director

Carl is the Founder and Director of Saxon Safety, bringing a clear vision and extensive industry expertise to the business. He is a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner, a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety, a Member of the Institution of Fire Safety Managers, and an OHSCR-registered Health & Safety Consultant.

Founded in 2018, Saxon Safety was established to deliver high-quality, professional, and reliable health and safety services across the construction and shopfitting sectors. Drawing on many years of hands-on experience, Carl has built a company recognised for its commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused solutions. He leads from the front, setting the standard for best practice and professionalism throughout the business.

Carl has personally contributed to a wide range of high-profile leisure, residential, and retail projects, alongside numerous residential and retail developments. Under his leadership, Saxon Safety has successfully developed and secured long-term relationships with clients such as the Ministry of Defence, Surrey County Council, Goa Invest, and a number of highly regarded shopfitting contractors.

Perri Sievewright, BA (Hons), FCCA

Director of Finance and Operations

Perri joined Saxon Safety in March 2025, bringing extensive financial and commercial experience gained across a range of established organisations, including Twinings, Vitacress, Steris, and Arqiva. She holds a First-Class BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and is ACCA qualified through BPP Professional Education.

With a strong background in financial management and business operations, Perri plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of Saxon Safety. Her expertise has helped to strengthen internal processes and establish a robust operational foundation, enabling the business to better support its clients and deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Emma Andrews TechIOSH IMaPS

Health, Safety & CDM Advisor

Emma joined Saxon Safety in October 2019 and has grown alongside the business as it has developed and expanded. She began her professional development by completing the NCRQ Certificate in Applied Health and Safety and, demonstrating strong commitment and determination, went on to achieve the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction qualification. Emma is currently working towards her NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.

She holds Incorporated Membership of the Association for Project Safety and is a Technical Member of IOSH, with a clear focus on achieving Certified Membership of IOSH in the near future.

Emma has extensive experience in her role as Client Manager at Saxon Safety, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor for clients. She supports clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with health and safety policies, accreditations, and legislative requirements, while providing practical tools to help create safe and compliant working environments. Emma is also highly experienced in producing and managing CDM documentation for all duty holders, supporting projects from initial tender stage through to completion and handover. She has played an integral role on Ministry of Defence projects, helping to ensure CDM compliance across large and complex programmes of work involving multiple duty holders and suppliers.

Tom Waite CMIOSH IMaPS

Senior Health, Safety & CDM Advisor

Tom joined Saxon Safety in June 2021, bringing with him valuable industry experience gained within the shopfitting sector. Since joining the team, he has demonstrated strong determination and a commitment to professional development, quickly expanding his knowledge and expertise within the health and safety field.

Tom has achieved the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction qualification, passing with distinction, and has since completed the NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. These achievements have led to his current status as a Chartered Member of IOSH and an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety.

During his time at Saxon Safety, Tom has developed extensive experience across a wide range of projects and has built strong, trusted relationships with clients including Surrey County Council, Donaldson Timber Systems, SCS, and Inditex. He is recognised for his fair, supportive, and honest approach to health and safety and now serves as Saxon Safety’s Senior Advisor for site inspections, playing a key role in ensuring compliance and maintaining safe working environments across all sites.

Harry Foxwell TechIOSH AaPS

Health, Safety & CDM Advisor

Harry joined Saxon Safety in November 2021 and is a valued member of the team, demonstrating a strong commitment to collaboration and professional excellence. He has achieved the Level 6 Certificate in Applied Health and Safety and the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction qualification, and is currently working towards his NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.

These achievements have enabled Harry to attain Technical Membership of IOSH and Associate Membership of the Association for Project Safety.

Harry plays an essential role in delivering site inspections across the UK, working closely with clients to provide practical guidance and ensure their projects are delivered safely and in full compliance with legislative requirements. He has developed strong working relationships with key clients, including SCS, and has been heavily involved in supporting compliance with the CDM Regulations at all stages of project delivery.

Stewart Andrews TechIOSH AIFSM CFRAR

Fire, Health & Safety Advisor

Stewart joined Saxon Safety in April 2021, bringing extensive expertise across the health and safety sector. He has completed the NEBOSH General, Construction, and Fire Certificates in Health and Safety Management, providing a strong and well-rounded technical foundation.

Stewart is Saxon Safety’s in-house Fire Risk Assessment specialist and is fully accredited as a Competent Fire Risk Assessor, approved on the Competent Fire Risk Assessors Register with the Institution of Fire Safety Managers.

Following a long and successful career with the British Army, Stewart transitioned into the health and safety profession, bringing with him a wealth of transferable skills, leadership experience, and a disciplined approach that has been invaluable to the continued development of the business. His expertise in fire risk assessment has played a key role in supporting a wide range of projects, including work with clients such as SCS, BASC, and Therapie Clinic.

Sarah Witt TechIOSH AaPS

Health, Safety & CDM Advisor

Sarah joined Saxon Safety in May 2023, bringing with her extensive experience gained at Garenne Shopfitting. She has a strong background in the application of the CDM 2015 Regulations and the production of compliant health and safety documentation, which has proven fundamental to her role supporting a wide range of clients across the construction and shopfitting sectors.

Sarah has achieved the NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, passing with distinction, and since joining Saxon Safety has attained Technical Membership of IOSH and Associate Membership of the Association for Project Safety.

Known for her keen eye for detail and high standards of work, Sarah produces comprehensive and robust documentation for clients, including Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements. She delivers these either electronically or as part of Saxon Safety’s full site set-up package. Sarah has developed strong and trusted relationships with clients, particularly within the shopfitting sector, and works closely with Principal Contractors, Principal Designers, Centre Managers, and other key stakeholders. She also plays a key role in coordinating and managing permit applications, drawing on her detailed knowledge of shopping centres and project environments.
